The high-step and low-step models share the same specs, so you can choose the style that suits you best. Some riders prefer the high-step frame for its traditional aesthetic and classic look, while others prefer the low-step frame for easy mounting and dismounting—no need to swing your leg over the top.

The bike comes 90% pre-assembled. You only need to attach the handlebars and front wheel, which takes about 10-15 minutes.

The package includes the bike, battery, charger, fenders, two NFC cards and a tool kit for assembly, roadside assistance, and future maintenance.

The bike and battery are designed to last for years with proper maintenance. The battery typically lasts 5-7 years or 1000-1800 charge cycles, depending on usage and care.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free nationwide within the USA. Bikes are processed by our warehouse the next business day and delivered by FedEx within 3-5 business days.

You may return your bike within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and refund your order.

The X-trail Pro is one of our most popular products. Our shipment often sold out before they arrive. Once the previous batch sold out, arrival date will change to the next batch. Act fast if you want to secure your order.
