Bandit Bikes Warranty Policy

Eligibility & Geographic Scope
This warranty is valid only for e-bikes bought in the United States directly from the Bandit Bikes official website. Customers who purchased bikes through other channels should seek service from their original dealer. The Bandit Bikes Customer Service (CS) Team is available to provide troubleshooting support for the lifetime of the bike for all owners.

Please note, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories. Warranty parts will be dispatched solely to addresses within the continental United States.

Warranty Commencement
Bandit Technologies Inc. guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in line with our published guidelines, for a limited period starting from the delivery date of the initial purchase.

Coverage Specifics

  • Structure (2 years): Includes frame and rigid fork.
  • Electrical Parts (2 years): Covers motor, throttle, PAS control panel, controller, wiring harness, front light, rear light, sensor, and charger.
  • Battery: Warrantied for up to 300 charging cycles or until the battery retains 75% of its original capacity, whichever comes first.
  • Display: Excludes coverage for damages stemming from improper use and handling.
  • Accessories (1 year): Coverage begins from the original purchase delivery date.
  • Other Essential Components (1 year): Includes suspension forks, stem, handlebar, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, and shifter.

Ownership & Warranty Duration

  • First Owner (Original Purchaser): Warranty limited to 2 years under specific conditions.
  • Subsequent Owners (Second or Later Owner): Not covered under this warranty, though they may contact the CS Team for assistance.

Limitations & Exclusions
Excludes coverage for paint, graphics, suspension components, consumables, and wear and tear items such as tires, tubes, and brake pads. Damages from improper assembly, accidents, neglect, or inadequate maintenance are also not covered, as are components not designed or compatible with the bike as sold.

Shipping Damages
Shipping-related damages are not covered. However, replacements for such damages may be provided if:

  • The damage is reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Dated photographs or video evidence of the damage are submitted.
  • All original packaging and documentation are returned.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact the Bandit Bikes Customer Service Team using the details below. Replacement parts are issued following preliminary troubleshooting and may require the defective part to be returned at the owner’s expense, unless otherwise agreed by Bandit Technologies Inc.
